The Swap feature in the D'CENT Wallet is not operated directly by D'CENT,
but is powered by third-party service providers.
D'CENT simply provides a connection interface, while the actual token exchange and transfer are processed by the swap providers.
If the swapped tokens have not been received, please follow the instructions below.
[How to Check the Swap Status]
- Open the D'CENT app
- Go to the [Swap] menu
- Tap [View Swap History] in the top-right corner
- Select the relevant swap entry to view its status

If the status is Completed:
→ Check the [My Wallet] tab to see if the swapped tokens have arrived

If the status is Pending:
→ Tap [Check Progress] button to track the transaction
[If the Tokens Still Haven’t Arrived]
If the status shows Completed but the tokens are not visible in your wallet,
you must contact the support team of the swap service provider you used.
The service provider is displayed in the swap details screen as shown below.
Be sure to include your Exchange ID or TXID to speed up the process.
