The swap service is not directly operated by D'CENT but is provided by third-party service providers.
D'CENT simply helps connect your wallet with these providers to facilitate the swap process.
If you haven't received your swapped coins, please go to the Swap menu in the D'CENT app and tap the "View Swap History" button in the upper right corner. Select the transaction to check its status.
If the status shows "Completed", please check the My Wallet tab to confirm whether the swapped coins have been successfully received.
Alternatively, depending on the swap method used, you can tap "Check Progress (Exchange)" or click "TXID (Swap)" to track the transaction details and check the swap status.
If the swapped coins still do not appear, please contact the service provider you used and provide them with your Exchange ID or TXID for further assistance.
