If the Bluetooth on your mobile phone and the D'CENT Biometric Wallet is not connecting, please check the following items depending on the mobile phone OS you are using.
[Android Phone]
In some cases, Bluetooth connection may fail due to problems with the Bluetooth application on Android phones. In this case, deleting the data of the Bluetooth app may allow it to function normally.

Additionally, if you have disabled the permissions for the D'CENT app, Bluetooth connection may not be possible. In this case, please check if "Nearby devices" is set to "Allowed" in "App Permissions" in the D'CENT app.
[iPhone]
Bluetooth connection may not work properly due to problems with the iPhone itself. In this case, try rebooting your phone or connecting with a different phone.
If the problem persists even after trying the above methods, please record a video of the Bluetooth connection process and send it to us via 1:1 inquiry.
