If you send a token that is not supported by the D'CENT Wallet, the asset will still exist on the blockchain,
but it will not appear in the D'CENT app.
Please follow the appropriate instructions below depending on the network and type of token you sent.
[If the Token Is Based on a Supported Network]
If the token was issued on a blockchain network supported by D'CENT
(e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, etc.), you can use the Custom Token feature to manually add the token and view your balance.
Go to the Custom Token Addition Guide
[If the Token Is Based on an Unsupported Network]
If the token was sent on a network not supported by D'CENT, you will not be able to view or transfer the asset in the wallet.
In this case, you can submit a support request via the official Coin Addtion Request Form:
Go to Coin Addition Request Form page
-
Requested tokens will be reviewed internally
and considered for support based on the development roadmap. - If support is confirmed, an announcement will be made through official D'CENT channels.
[Additional Notes]
- Even if the asset is not visible in the D'CENT Wallet, it still exists safely on the blockchain.
- Once support is added for the asset in D'CENT, the token will be automatically displayed in the app.
