There are two ways to transfer assets to the Biometric Wallet: sending assets from the App Wallet (Software) to the Biometric Wallet, and recovering and using the recovery phrase (mnemonic code) of the App Wallet in the Biometric Wallet.
1. How to send assets from the App Wallet to the Biometric Wallet
After completing the setup of the Biometric Wallet, please send the assets from the App Wallet to the Biometric Wallet address.
2. How to recover the Biometric Wallet using the recovery phrase (mnemonic code) of the App Wallet
๐จYou must first back up the recovery phrase (mnemonic code) of the App Wallet. Please refer to the User Guide for how to back up the App Wallet and check the mnemonic code.
- When setting up the Biometric Wallet for the first time, select "App Wallet Recovery".
- Enter all 24 recovery words (mnemonic code) of the App Wallet you are storing to recover the wallet.
- Connect the Biometric Wallet to your mobile phone "via Bluetooth".
- In the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the D'CENT app, "Switch wallet mode" to "Biometric".

Add the account of the asset you had in the App Wallet and check if the asset is displayed normally
(Please refer to the User Guide for precautions when restoring the wallet) - If all assets appear normal, it is recommended to delete the D'CENT app and reinstall it after deleting the App Wallet address for more secure use.
(The reason why we recommend deleting the app and deleting the App Wallet address is because you purchased the Biometric Wallet for more secure use, but if you use the same address as the App Wallet, If the App Wallet is hacked, it can lead to the same accident as the Biometric Wallet being hacked. When deleting the app, please make sure to check if you have saved the 24 mnemonic codes before deleting them. You can lose all your assets if you don't have your mnemonic code.)
