Please disconnect the Biometric Wallet from your PC and then force power off.
You can force power off by pressing and holding the "Down(∨) button" and the "Power button" simultaneously for 10 seconds or more.
Then, turn on the power in bootloader mode by pressing and holding the "OK button" and the "Power button" simultaneously for 10 seconds or more.
You can operate it normally by connecting it to your PC again in bootloader mode and proceeding with the firmware update.
