If the screen freezes or the process stops during a firmware update on your D'CENT Biometric Wallet,
please follow the steps below to force shut down the device and enter Bootloader Mode.
[How to Force Shut Down the Wallet]
- Disconnect the Biometric Wallet from your PC
- Press and hold the [Down (∨) button + Power button] together for more than 10 seconds
- The device will power off forcibly
[How to Enter Bootloader Mode]
- Press and hold the [OK button + Power button] together for more than 10 seconds
- Once the wallet enters Bootloader Mode, reconnect it to your PC and try the firmware update again
