When changing your mobile phone, you can use it in the following ways depending on the type of wallet you are using.
1. If you are only using the App Wallet
You can back up the recovery phrase (mnemonic) of the App Wallet on your old mobile phone and then restore the wallet with the backed-up recovery phrase after installing the D'CENT App on your new mobile phone. Please refer to the user guide below for how to back up and restore the App Wallet's recovery phrase.

🚨If you have restored your wallet, you need to add your existing account again to check your balance.
When restoring data from your old phone to a new one, the data from the D'CENT App Wallet will not be restored. Therefore, please make sure to back up the recovery phrase from the App Wallet on your old phone in order to recover your wallet.
2. If you are using the Biometric Wallet
The way to use the Biometric Wallet on your new mobile phone is the same as the way you used it on your old mobile phone. Please refer to the user guide below to connect the Biometric Wallet to Bluetooth and use it, depending on the mobile phone model you are using.
🚨 In the case of Android, if you are not using a new mobile phone from the beginning but transferring data from an existing mobile phone to use it as it is on a new mobile phone, the Bluetooth data may also be transferred and may not be connected.
In this case, please unregister the Biometric Wallet device from the Bluetooth settings of your old mobile phone and then register the device again on your new mobile phone.
3. If you are using the All-in-One Card Wallet
Install the D'CENT App on your new mobile phone and select "Card-type hardware wallet" as the wallet you want to use. Then, please use it by tagging the All-in-One Card you have.
🚨If you do not see the account you were previously managing after tagging the card, please press the account addition button (+) in "My Wallet" and add the account again.
