D'CENT Wallet does not store NFTs within the app itself.
Instead, it fetches NFT information in real time from the blockchain based on your wallet address.
As a result, temporary network issues or delays in the NFT display system may occasionally prevent your NFTs from being shown properly in the app.
[Common Reasons NFTs May Not Appear]
- Blockchain network connection failure
- Temporary delays or issues with the NFT retrieval system
- Metadata or image files not loaded
- NFT was sent to a different address (not your D'CENT wallet address)
[How to Confirm If You Own the NFT]
1. Check Using a Blockchain Explorer
You can confirm your NFT ownership by entering your wallet address into one of the following blockchain explorers:
- Etherscan (Ethereum): https://etherscan.io/
- Polygonscan (Polygon): https://polygonscan.com/
- Songbird Explorer (Songbird): https://songbird-explorer.flare.network/
- KaiaScan (Kaia): https://kaiascan.io/
2. Check Using an NFT Marketplace
Connect your D'CENT Wallet to an NFT marketplace such as OpenSea
to view the NFTs directly in your collection.
[Additional Notes]
-
Even if the NFT exists on the blockchain,
it may not be visible in the D'CENT app if the metadata or image file is not yet supported. -
This does not mean the NFT is lost —
please double-check using a blockchain explorer or marketplace to verify ownership.
