If the firmware update does not proceed properly when using an Android smartphone,
please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

[Check Cable and Connection]
- Confirm that your OTG adapter or USB-C to C cable supports data transfer
- Cables that are charging-only cannot be used for firmware updates
- If your wallet has a Micro USB 5 PIN port, and you are using a D'CENT official 2-in-1 OTG cable, please refer to the image below to ensure proper connection
[Check for Access Allow Popup]

When the wallet is properly connected to your phone,
you should see a popup on your screen that says:
"Allow D'CENT Wallet to access D'CENT?" - You must tap [OK] to proceed with the firmware update
