If you still cannot update the firmware, please check whether your OTG device or USB C to C cable is capable of data transfer.
If the charging port of your Biometric Wallet is Micro USB 5 PIN type and you are using a genuine D'CENT OTG cable, please check the connection status as shown in the attached image.
For reference, if the mobile phone and the Biometric Wallet are normally connected, a pop-up window will appear on the mobile phone screen saying "Allow D'CENT Wallet app to access D'CENT?". You need to touch the "OK" button to update.
