If a coin or token you transferred is supported by the D'CENT Wallet but still does not appear in your wallet, it may be due to a different contract address for a token with the same name.
In such cases, you will need to check the contract address and manually add a custom token account.
[Example: VELO Token on the Optimism Network]
The VELO token is officially supported by the D'CENT Wallet.
However, if the token was sent via the Optimism network and does not show up,
you should check the contract address — it may differ from the one D'CENT supports.
[Step 1: Check the Supported Contract Address in D'CENT Wallet]
- Open the D'CENT app
- Go to [My Wallet] tab > [VELO Token Account] > Tap [Receive]
-
Check the contract address displayed at the bottom
Supported VELO contract address in D'CENT Wallet: 0x3c8b65...a11a05
[Step 2: Check the Contract Address of the Token You Sent]
- Visit a blockchain explorer such as Optimistic Etherscan
- Search using the TXID or your wallet address
- Hover over the token name or click the "To" field in the transaction details
- Example of a different VELO contract address: 0x9560e827aF36c94D2Ac33a39bCE1Fe78631088Db
[Step 3: Add a Custom Token Account in the D'CENT App]
- Open the D'CENT app
- Go to [My Wallet] tab > Tap [+ Add Account] > Select [Custom]
- Choose Network: Optimism (OPTIMISM-ERC20)
- Select a fee account
-
Enter the contract address you actually sent to:
0x9560e827aF36c94D2Ac33a39bCE1Fe78631088Db - Verify the Symbol and Decimals
- Tap [Next] and complete the account

[Important Note]
Tokens with the same name can have different contract addresses.
Always double-check the contract address on a blockchain explorer before adding the token account.
