Starting from D'CENT mobile app v8.0.0, the Bluetooth connection process for biometric wallets on Android devices has been changed.
The updated Bluetooth connection process is as follows.
[Updated Connection Process (v8.0.0 or higher)]
- After turning on the biometric wallet, unlock it using fingerprint or PIN authentication.
- Launch the D’CENT mobile app.
- Tap the Bluetooth icon at the top right corner of the [My Wallet] tab.
- Select "Search device" and choose your D’CENT wallet(D'CENT-iD-XXXXX) from the list.
- Biometric wallet sync will begin automatically.
※ Starting from v8.0.0, the Bluetooth PIN code entry step is omitted.

Bluetooth sync will not proceed while the biometric wallet is on the "Connecting..." screen.
Please press the ↩ (CANCEL) button to go back to the previous screen, then try connecting again. - In previous versions, if the biometric wallet had been connected at least once, it would reconnect automatically when the app was launched.
However, from v8.0.0 or higher, you must manually connect the wallet each time. - To connect, tap the Bluetooth icon in the [My Wallet] tab, then select "Search device" to manually pair your biometric wallet.
