How do I return a product?

You can return an item by submitting a return request through 1:1 inquiry. We will process your return quickly.

To submit a return request, please include the following information in your inquiry:

1. Simple Change of Mind:

• You can return the item within 14 days of the date you received it.
• The item must be in its original condition, with the outer plastic packaging and authenticity sticker intact.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  (Partial returns are not possible for 2X packages.)

2. Defective Product or Incorrect Delivery:

• You can return the item within 3 months of the date you received it.
• Alternatively, you can return the item within 30 days of the date you became aware of the defect or incorrect delivery.
• The return shipping cost will be charged for international orders.
